AECOM’s Transportation Business Line is seeking a Senior Program Director/Manager capable of leading a large and diverse team of professionals focused on owner side representation for the delivery of highway and bridge infrastructure megaprojects. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of highway and bridge infrastructure project development, concept design engineering, final design engineering, contract packaging, and related work. The candidate must also have experience with alternative project delivery approaches (design, build, finance, operate, maintain), innovative contracting methods, as well as public-private partnership approaches and procurement. Knowledge and experience with managed lanes, tolling systems, intelligent transportation systems, and emerging technologies.
This position can be located anywhere in the US or Canada.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
15+ years of experience involving highway and bridge infrastructure projects
Professional Engineer License
Must have been the project manager for projects with fees greater than $25M million and/or construction values of greater than $500 million
Must have P3 / Design-Build project experience, including both bid and execution phases
Must have experience managing large and complex multi-disciplinary teams (roadway, highway, bridge, wall structures, drainage, lighting, ITS, environmental, utilities, other)
Significant experience in program and project management
Significant experience in budgeting, reporting, scheduling
Experience interacting at an executive level, both internal and external
Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required
