They know what channels, and the technology to enable those channels, can be used to effectively reach as many people as possible and most importantly, they know how to align sales and marketing to achieve one goal together.
Our marketing leader is never satisfied with what they already know. Our marketing leader is a continual learner. You, marketing leader, wherever you may be, are constantly educating yourself. Always learning new and improved ways to work, to reach people, and to inspire your team.
Our initial sale price to any school is low, however our goal is to constantly provide greater and greater value such that they continually expand the number of displays that they use throughout their facilities, and, we incrementally win over all of the schools in a district and slowly but surely move them to our enterprise pricing tier. Ideally you understand this nurture and grow strategy and have executed account based marketing campaigns previously that work hand in hand with sales to cost effectively deliver them.
Added bonus. You have experience with and understand the education market and have used HubSpot as your CRM and marketing automation tool. You have 5 plus years of experience and have managed at least one direct report previously.
